Our four-year Bachelor of Arts Degrees in English offer students a rich and broad understanding of literature: its writers and audiences, its pleasures and problems, its traditions and its transformations. In our small classes, you’ll have the opportunity to exchange ideas in a comfortable, intimate academic atmosphere. A degree in English will help you to use your language precisely and elegantly, both orally and in writing. The written word will become clearer to you as you practice responding confidently and analytically to the writers who have shaped the English language and Western culture.

Our four-year Bachelor of Arts degree program in English will prepare you for graduate studies in English, or for a wide choice of careers such as research, politics, publishing, education, public relations and more. Four-year majors in English may pursue minors in biology, Canadian studies, Catholic studies, drama, family studies, history, management, philosophy, political science, psychology, science or sociology.

Admission Requirements

1. Min 55% overall and min 50% and above in five core subjects (English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Social Studies, second language)

2. 10th & 12th transcripts

3. IELTS Overall - Overall Min 6.0, with no band less than 6.0 or

4. PTE- Min 59
